How would you like to perform at the Peach Bowl Half-Time Show or at a NCAA Basketball game at the Bi-Lo Center or at
a Miss South Carolina Preliminary Pageant? YOU CAN !!
Yes, at Foothills we have done all of the above and more. General Gymnastics as we call it is a group exhibition team
that involves tumbling, acrosports, balance, dance and music. It is very exciting and rewarding for young gymnasts. This area
of gymnastics does not emphasize competition but performance as a group.
Gym Kix is a general gymnastics group of children age 4-13 years. They
always steal the show where ever they go. Let us know if you are hosting or know of a school event or festival that

Competitive Team Level 3 and up
A valuable opportunity to learn about teamwork, sportsmanship, and dedication. The long time required to attain mastery
of skills requires patience, dedication, perserverence, and planning. This form of gymnastics helps people learn to work for
objectives that can take years to achieve. Competitive gymnasts afford the opportunity for travel, meeting people of varied
and diverse backgrounds, and seeing places that would normally be bypassed. We have had several of our gymnasts compete and
win on different levels both state and nationally.
